These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReadyPackets Consulting website and services, operated by Sito Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

ReadyPackets provides professional business document preparation and consulting services ("Packets"). Each Packet includes a defined scope of work, deliverables, and timeline as described on our website and confirmed during the intake process.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are one-time fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before work begins. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to update pricing; any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Revisions

Each Packet includes the number of revision rounds specified in its tier description. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be available at an additional cost, agreed upon in advance.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if we have not yet begun production on your Packet. Once work has commenced, we are committed to delivering the agreed-upon scope. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables produced for your Packet. We retain the right to use anonymized examples of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Disclaimer

ReadyPackets does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Our documents are professional business tools, not substitutes for licensed professional counsel. We recommend consulting with appropriate professionals for legal or financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Packet in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
